Depending on your application's requirements, you can choose from the following when requesting an injection molding quote:
Pad Printing
Transfer a two-dimensional image, like a company logo, onto a three-dimensional object. All images are reviewed for size, color, and complexity restrictions.
Ultrasonic Welding
Ultrasonic plastic welding is an effective, repeatable and reliable joining method for a range of thermoplastic materials. It is used in an ever-increasing number of applications worldwide, for everything from medical devices and implants to consumer products.
Electroplating plastic
Moving the dissolved ions from a metal to a plastic component. By depositing the metal ions onto the plastic surface, the new part retains properties of both materials. The exterior of the part will act as a metal and can undergo additional material processes.
Basic Assembly
At IMO, basic assembly includes fastening molded parts together that we have manufactured and/or applying of labels to individually bagged parts.
